DUSTIN DEZUBE

Dustin's first foray into development focused on transforming distressed properties into luxury student housing. Over time, his focus shifted to include a more diverse variety of redevelopment projects including the adaptive reuse of historic structures. He remains passionate about investing and supporting local development in the Providence community.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys cooking and exploring the Providence culinary scene.

Dustin holds a medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Brandeis University.
